Which Health Issues Can Cause Vilitra 20 To Be Ineffective?
Vilitra 20 contains vardenafil 20 mg, a PDE-5 inhibitor used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED). Although it can be effective for many men, certain health conditions may make it less effective or make erections more difficult to achieve.
Diabetes can damage nerves and blood vessels involved in erections, potentially reducing the response to vardenafil. Heart and vascular diseases, including high blood pressure, atherosclerosis, and high cholesterol, can restrict blood flow to the penis. Low testosterone may also contribute to reduced sexual desire and erectile difficulties.
Neurological conditions such as multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, stroke, or spinal cord injuries can interfere with the nerve signals required for an erection. Kidney or liver problems may also affect how medicines are processed and may require medical assessment before using Vilitra 20 mg.
Psychological factors—including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and performance anxiety—can also prevent satisfactory erections even when the medication is working.
Certain medicines, particularly some blood-pressure drugs, antidepressants, and medications that affect vardenafil metabolism, may contribute to ED or alter its effects.
If Vilitra 20 repeatedly does not work, do not increase the dose yourself. A healthcare professional can evaluate underlying conditions, other medicines, lifestyle factors, and whether vardenafil is appropriate for you.
