Vidalista 80 contains tadalafil, a medicine used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED). Men with heart conditions should not use Vidalista 80 without medical advice. In fact, 80 mg is higher than the usual maximum recommended on-demand tadalafil dose of 20 mg, so taking this amount may increase the risk of side effects, including low blood pressure.
