Does Vidalista Black 80 lower blood pressure?
Vidalista Black 80, which contains 80 mg of tadalafil, can lower blood pressure because tadalafil relaxes the smooth muscle in blood vessel walls, causing the blood vessels to widen. For many healthy people, this blood pressure reduction is modest. However, it can become significant if you: Take nitrate medications (such as nitroglycerin or isosorbide). This combination can cause a dangerous and potentially life-threatening drop in blood pressure. Take alpha-blockers or some other blood pressure medications. Already have low blood pressure, dehydration, or certain heart conditions. Drink excessive amounts of alcohol while taking tadalafil. Possible symptoms of low blood pressure include: Dizziness or lightheadedness Feeling faint, especially when standing up Blurred vision Weakness Fainting It's also worth noting that 80 mg is substantially higher than the Vidalista Black 80 approved maximum as-needed tadalafil dose of 20 mg for erectile dysfunction in many countries. Higher doses are associated with a greater risk of side effects, including low blood pressure, headache, flushing, muscle or back pain, and prolonged erections (priapism). If you've already taken Vidalista Black 80 and develop severe dizziness, fainting, chest pain, difficulty breathing, or an erection lasting longer than 4 hours, seek emergency medical care immediately. If this question is about your own use, let me know: How old are you? Have you already taken Vidalista Black 80, or are you considering it? Do you take any medications for blood pressure, heart disease, or chest pain?
