Super P Force is a combination medicine mainly used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) and premature ejaculation (PE) in adult men. The tablet contains two active ingredients: Sildenafil – 100 mg Sildenafil helps increase blood flow to the penis by relaxing blood vessels. This improves the ability to achieve and maintain an erection during sexual activity. It belongs to a group of medicines called PDE-5 inhibitors and is the same active ingredient found in Viagra. Dapoxetine – 60 mg Dapoxetine is a short-acting selective Super P Force reuptake inhibitor (SSRI). It helps delay ejaculation and improves control during intercourse, which can help men suffering from premature ejaculation. Together, these ingredients provide a dual action effect — Sildenafil improves erection quality, while Dapoxetine increases ejaculation control. Super P Force is usually taken 1–3 hours before sexual activity and should only be used under medical supervision because it may cause side effects such as headache, dizziness, flushing, nausea, dry mouth, or low blood pressure. It should not be combined with alcohol, nitrate medicines, or certain antidepressants. People with heart, liver, or severe kidney problems should consult a doctor before using it.
