What diseases prevent the use of Vidalista 20 ?

Vidalista 20 contains tadalafil, a drug used for erectile dysfunction and sometimes for prostate symptoms. It’s generally safe for many men, but certain diseases and conditions make it unsafe or require strict medical supervision.
