What diseases prevent the use of Vidalista 20 ?
Vidalista 20 contains tadalafil, a drug used for erectile dysfunction and sometimes for prostate symptoms. It’s generally safe for many men, but certain diseases and conditions make it unsafe or require strict medical supervision. Here are the main ones Conditions where Vidalista 20 should NOT be used Serious heart conditions Recent heart attack or stroke Severe heart failure Unstable angina (chest pain at rest) Dangerous heart rhythm disorders Tadalafil affects blood pressure, which can strain the heart.
