What is the recommended dose of Fildena ?

Fildena contains sildenafil citrate (the same active ingredient as Viagra) and is commonly used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED). Recommended Dose Typical starting dose: 50 mg, taken about 30–60 minutes before sexual activity. Dose adjustment: 25 mg – if side effects occur or for sensitive patients 100 mg – if 50 mg is not effective enough Maximum dose: 100 mg per day (do not take more than once in 24 hours). How to Take It Take with a glass of FILDENA minutes before sex. Works best on an empty stomach; high-fat meals can delay its effect. Sexual stimulation is required for it to work. Effects usually last about 4–5 hours. Important Safety Notes   Do not combine with nitrate medications (for heart disease). Avoid excessive alcohol. Consult a doctor first if you have heart disease, liver/kidney problems, or take other medications. Most men start with 50 mg once before sexual activity, and the dose may be adjusted between 25–100 mg, but never more than 100 mg in 24 hours.
