Liver Metabolism Both sildenafil and dapoxetine are processed by the liver using the CYP3A4 enzyme system. If your liver isn't working well, the drugs stay in your system longer, leading to: Stronger effects Higher risk of side effects (like dizziness, low BP, vision changes, fainting) 2. Mild to Moderate Liver Impairment Doctors usually reduce the starting dose of sildenafil to 25 mg instead of 100 mg. Dapoxetine might be lowered from 60 mg to 30 mg, or avoided entirely depending on liver function. Super Fildena (100/60) is not ideal in this case because the doses are Super Fildena and high. 3. Severe Liver Disease Avoid Super Fildena altogether. Sildenafil and dapoxetine are contraindicated in severe hepatic impairment (e.g. cirrhosis, advanced hepatitis). Risk of drug accumulation and serious adverse effects is high.  Red Flags History of hepatitis, fatty liver disease, cirrhosis, or elevated liver enzymes. If you're on other meds that burden the liver (e.g., statins, anti-seizure meds, antifungals), drug interactions increase.  Safer Options Lower-dose sildenafil alone (e.g., 25 mg) prescribed by your doctor. Avoid fixed-dose combo drugs like Super Fildena unless liver function is normal. Get liver function tests (LFTs) before starting ED or PE medication if you have a history of liver issues.
